EasyVisaFlow is case management for immigration agencies. It reads passports, works out what each application needs, keeps clients supplied with the right documents, and turns the whole thing into a quote and an invoice.
Read the passport once
Upload the page, and the name, number, nationality and expiry are read from it — machine-readable zone included, with the check digits verified. Nobody types a passport number twice.
Know what is missing
Every visa type carries its own document requirements, resolved per applicant rather than per category. The list a client sees is theirs, not a generic one.
Quote from the price book
Add a filing to a deal and it is priced — the fee, the VFS charge, the government charge — with VAT on the parts that are taxable and none on the parts recovered on the client’s behalf.

A principal and their dependants are a single deal with a single quote, not four unrelated cases that happen to share a surname.
Built for the data it holds
An immigration file is passports, identity numbers and a family’s plans. Every agency’s data is isolated at the database level rather than by application code, files are served only through checked, expiring links, and every change to a case is recorded with the person who made it. The agency remains responsible for its clients’ data; we hold it on their instructions and nothing else.
